SOPHIE’S BANOFFEE BALLS

Sophie Edwards takes us through her Bliss Ball Recipe using Scorpion’s NEW Banoffee Pie flavored Whey Protein.

Quick, healthy, and super tasty! And we definitely agree with Nana – these banoffee balls are to die for! 🤤

INGREDIENTS

• 100g boiling water (for soaking dates)

• 50g pitted whole dates

• 60g desiccated coconut

• 50g cashew nuts

• 20g protein powder

• 40g milk

• 2g vanilla essence

METHOD

1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10min then drain.

2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky dough.

3. Roll into balls and chill for 30min.
