SUGGESTED SERVING INFORMATION
- Mix 32 grams (1 rounded scoop) in 200ml of water or milk in a shaker bottle
- Add the fluid first followed by the powder. Add an extra 50-100ml of fluid until desired sweetness is achieved
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Can be used any time of the day to add protein to your diet

Vanilla is amazing. Really creamy and without the powdery aftertaste that you can get with some protein powders. It’s quite sweet which may not be everyone’s taste, but I really like it and will absolutely be buying again. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavours too.
