This is by far the best protein shake I have ever used, mixes well (water or milk) and the three flavours I have tried so far are really tasty, salted caramel is the best! I am having trouble keeping my kids out of it, so will be ordering more soon as I would rather them have this than make unhealthy food choices. Highly recommend!
