SUGGESTED SERVING INFORMATION
- Mix 32 grams (1 rounded scoop) in 200ml of water or milk in a shaker bottle

This stuff mixes a lot better then others powders I have tried.
I’ve tried coffee, cookies and cream, hokey pokey, chocolate mint and plain chocolate. Hokey pokey is no joke the best tasting powder I have tried (and a tip from Chris bumsteads youtube, mix protein powder, peanut butter and just enough water to get a pudding consistency for a high protein pudding like snack. Didn’t think it would be that great but with the hockey pokey flavour, obsessed!)

I’ve loved every flavour I’ve tried. My favourite protein by far, never had a flavour I didn’t like. Strawberry is nicer than boysenberry in my opinion. Vanilla ice cream is a great staple to add to protein recipes. The limited edition Oreo is super yum and has proper cookie bits in it.

I don’t really like any flavours mixed with water but with skim milk and ice wow. Chocolate is not the best. Banana reminds me of banana dairy food I ate as a kid. Boysenberry reminds me of a boysenberry trumpet. These 2 flavors are the best! Highly recommend these if your not fond of a fowl after taste usual whey powders give you. The flavors are the best I’ve tried. Courier service is much to be desired in my area though but can’t fault the products.
