Raspberry Baked oats are a delicious and nutritious high protein breakfast or dessert option that combines the heartiness of oats with the sweet, tangy flavour of fresh raspberries. This dish is not only easy to prepare but also versatile, allowing you to customise it with your favourite toppings. Ingredients

  • 150g banana
  • 150g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70g whey protein
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 140g raspberries
  • 20ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 100g Greek yogurt

Directions

Mash banana, then add rolled oats, baking powder, whey protein and unsweetened almond milk together. Soften raspberries and add sugar free maple syrup. Add berries on top of Greek yogurt. Bake for 35-40min at 180 degrees. Top with an extra 50g Greek yogurt and 10ml of sugar free maple syrup. 4 servings per dish. Enjoy!
