Protein Hot Cakes 450g
Protein Hot Cake: where ‘diet food’ gets a delicious makeover. We’re talking premium NZ protein and enough flavor & fluff to make you forget you’re eating something on the healthier side. Bring on the fruit, peanut butter, and syrup – we’re building muscle and making memories, one protein-packed hot cake at a time.
Each bag contains 10 x 45 gram serves. Each serve will make 2 medium or 4 small hot cakes. With a total of 15 grams or protein per serve. Simply add water!
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate (from Milk), Pea Protein, Natural Flavours, Raising Agent (500), Salt, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin), Acidity Regulator (330).

1. MIX IT
Add a rounded scoop of powder to a shaker bottle with approximately 65mls of water...or your favourite milk (cow, oat, almond — we don’t judge). Shake until it’s smoother than your post-workout protein shake. Alternatively whisk in a bowl. Adjust fluid content to suit.
2. HEAT IT
Fire up a non-stick pan on medium heat and give it a little oil spray — we’re cooking, this isn’t cardio.
3. DRIP IT. FLIP IT
Pour in the batter. One serve will make 2 medium, or 4 small hot cakes. When bubbles appear (about 30-40 seconds), flip those hot cakes & cook the other side until golden and ready for the ‘gram. Now stack ‘em high, drizzle something delicious, and take a bite of protein perfection.
Feel like waffles instead?
Add 2 scoops of powder to 130mls of water and shake or stir until smooth. Heat the waffle maker and pour in the batter. Cook according to the waffle makers instructions. Enjoy!
