Base Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp black chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Scorpion Peaches and Cream or Vanilla protein
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ teaspoon nut meg or cinnamon
Optional extras are endless here are a few ideas:
- Frozen berries
- Chopped nuts
- Desiccated coconut
- Dried goji berries
- Scorpion MCT Oil
- Grated apple
- Raisins
Directions
Prep: time 4-5 mins
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or cup.
- Cover and Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fruit or yogurt
