Scorpion Overnight Protein Oats

It’s worth setting aside a few minutes the night before to make this super simple protein-packed breakfast to super charge your day and kick start those gainz.

Base Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Scorpion Peaches and Cream or Vanilla protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon nut meg or cinnamon

 

Optional extras are endless here are a few ideas:

  • Frozen berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Dried goji berries
  • Scorpion MCT Oil
  • Grated apple
  • Raisins

 

Directions

Prep: time 4-5 mins

 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or cup.
  2. Cover and Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with fruit or yogurt
