Ingredients
- 100g dates-soaked in boiling water
- 90g pics peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 80g hokey pokey protein!
- 100g ground almonds
- 50g coconut
- 35ml water
- 1/3 cup peanuts
Method
- Mix all ingredients in food processor till the mix forms a soft dough.
- Roll into balls and top with your choice of chocolate and chopped peanuts.
- For the chocolate I use:
1/3 cup cocao powder.
1/3 cup coconut oil.
3 tbsp pure maple syrup. - Melt together.
