‘Snickers’ Protein Balls

If you’re looking for a tasty and nutritious treat, give this recipe a try!


  • 100g dates-soaked in boiling water
  • 90g pics peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 80g hokey pokey protein!
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 50g coconut
  • 35ml water
  • 1/3 cup peanuts


  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor till the mix forms a soft dough.
  2. Roll into balls and top with your choice of chocolate and chopped peanuts.
  3. For the chocolate I use:
    1/3 cup cocao powder.
    1/3 cup coconut oil.
    3 tbsp pure maple syrup.
  4. Melt together.
